• We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

4. Fitting & appointments

• Tyre fitting is carried out by appointment at our premises.
• Please arrive on time for your booking; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the tyre size and specification ordered is correct for your vehicle. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

5. Delivery

Where products are delivered, we will provide an estimated delivery timescale. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Unfitted tyres in their original condition may be returned within a reasonable period. Fitted tyres cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us to arrange any return.

7. Warranties

Tyres are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, road hazards, incorrect fitting by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law
